Kanjam Travel
Kanjam on the go - a game with a flying disc and two goals for 2-4 players.
Kanjam is a non-contact sport with a flying disc and two bins. The bins are 15 metres apart. Two two-man teams play against each other. The aim is to throw the flying disc - frisbee from one bin and hit the other bin. The player throws to the basket, where his teammate is ready to tee up the frisbee and place it in the basket. The first team to reach 21 points wins. The game is ideal for the meadow, beach, park or (school) garden.
The Original Kanjam Travel set includes:
- Two folding bins - bin height 51 cm, bin diameter 45 cm.
- Official 175 g flying disc - frisbee (made from recycled materials). Frisbee diameter: 27 cm.
- The package also includes the rules.
- A practical bag where you can store everything after the game and take it with you.
Our great tips!
- If you are playing with small children who can't manage to throw a frisbee. Use a rubber ball, ideally a mini-handball one, and the children can play bounces into the baskets with this ball. You're not playing for an "instant win", but you'll entertain children of all ages.
- Set up, for example, 4 sets - you will entertain up to 16 children (8 teams) and you can organise a simple tournament. Teams play for example 3 minutes, whoever wins gets 3 points for the victory. Then the teams take turns clockwise and play again. In the end, the team with the most points wins.

Expert opinion
We first played Kanjam at our suburban camps with children. Some children enjoyed it so much that they didn't want to be torn away from it, while others weren't so thrilled. The whole thing is that not everyone can handle throwing a flying disc. After all, it takes a precise throw for your teammate to be able to hit the frisbee and hit the basket.
In the end, we made a doubles tournament for the children and in the end everyone played, just give stronger players with weaker ones. The game is definitely very interesting and will make you move. What I find a little impractical is the cardboard box for carrying, some kind of bag would definitely be more practical, throw it over your shoulder, find a suitable place and go play...

The KanJam game comes from the USA, where it has been produced by KanJam LLC since 2006. What is interesting about the production itself is that the game is actually made in the United States, so the product does not have a Made in China label.
KanJam is proof that not everything has to be made in China, and that it is possible to make a game elsewhere that is better, better, and above all cheaper than if it was made and imported from China.
