IDENTITY AND CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller did not appoint a representative for personal data protection.
LEGAL REASON FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The legal reason of the processing of your personal data is the fact that this processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement between you and the Data Controller or for measures implemented by the Data Controller prior to signing such agreement in the meaning of Sec. 6 Art. 1b) of the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter only the "the Regulation").
PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The purpose of the processing of your personal data is the performance of the agreement between you and the Data Controller or the measures implemented by the Data Controller prior to signing such agreement.
No automatic decisions are taken on the side of the Data Controller in the meaning of Sec. 22 of the Regulation.
PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE
Your personal data will be processed for the effective period of the rights and obligations as per the agreement and further for the period for the purposes of archiving according to the relevant generally binding legislation, however, no longer than for the period specified by the generally binding legislation.
OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The other recipients of your personal data will be other persons participating on the delivery of goods or the implementation of payments based on the purchase agreement.
The Data Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data into a third country (country outside the EU) or to an international organization.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Under the terms and conditions in the Regulation you have a right to require access to your personal data from the Data Controller, right to repair or deletion of your personal data, or limitation of its processing, right to raise an objection against the processing of your personal data, and also the right of transferability of your personal data.
If you conclude that the processing of your personal data violated or violates the Regulation, you have, among others, the right to file a complaint at the supervising authority.
You have no obligation to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is a prerequisite for the signing and performance of the agreement and without the provision of your personal data the agreement cannot be signed or performed by the Data Controller.
