Expert opinion

Quite a demanding activity, but especially popular because of the strengthening of different parts of the body. I myself have quite a problem staying on the line, however, we train with a small one, because the strengthening and balance from the Slackline is very beneficial - this version is 5 cm wide, which will definitely help beginners in particular. This will be a great additional activity especially for our sports games.
